The Skills accelerator imparts digital skills and soft skills training to rural and semi-urban youth and connects them to jobs and apprenticeships. The skills accelerator is conducted in various Industrial Training Institutes (ITI’s) and other colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, India. Career counseling and Job oriented training including training on digital skills (like Artificial intelligence, Digital creativity and Microsoft tools) is provided. The focus is to connect youth to jobs in 10-15 km radius of their hometowns.
