Readapt and Readjust: Back to the Classroom

As students return to schools after a gap of two years, they need to readjust and readapt to offline school and in-person exams from their devices and online school.

Instagram in collaboration with Fortis National Mental Health Program, Fortis Healthcare, Sangath’s It’s Ok To Talk initiative and 1M1B has created a guide to help students readapt to offline school, prepare for in-person exams and manage exam stress. This guide would especially be helpful for students appearing for their class 10th and 12th board exams.

The guide, titled ‘Readapt and Readjust: Back to the Classroom’, provides students with practical tips to manage study and exam priorities, learning strategies to cope with associated stress triggers and study techniques to improve concentration. It also contains relaxation strategies for short-term relief as well as important self-care practices to manage mental health in the long-term.
